I been watching Channel 4’s Alone in the Wild which finished on Thursday night and I am still thinking about it 4 days later, but not in a good way.

Can you imagine six unfit rather rotund ex-rugby players cycling 200 miles of the most gruelling, hilliest and beautiful roads in Scotland in so doing visiting Jura, Islay, Arran, Great Cumbrae and Bute in 4 days, neither could we until now.
