There are 9 ranges of tents in the Vango Tent collection. This wide selection of tents means that no matter your demands of a tent you’re bound to find one which will meet your strict requirements.
Vango Tents – Pitch & VanGo
The Pitch & Vango range of tents have selection of six pop up tents to choose from. These tents offer immediate shelter or a home from home in a quick and simple pop up way. These tents are great for festival goers and families on day or weekend trips or even just camping out in the back garden. The six tents in this range are the Dart, Dart DS, Swift, Junoo Tepee, Peace Tepee and Karakum.
Vango Tents – Adventure
The Adventure range of Vango Tents has 6 tents in it range. This range of tents are built using Protex 2000 which offers 2000mm of hydrostatic head (measure of waterproof) which means it will deal with almost any type of British weather conditions thrown at it. All tents have a handy lantern point and are fire retardant and come in a variety of different colours and designs, tunnel, dome and geodesic dome-style. These Vango Tents come 2, 3 and 4 man tent sizes and are easy to use, light and very portable -ideal for festival goers, first time campers and cycle campers. Vango Tents – Weekend
Vango Weekend Tents have five tents in their range. The 5 man Apollo is spacious and has a versatile porch area idea for cooking or storing poles and wet boots. The Icarus comes in a 4 man tent and a 5 man tent size. It has a large living area which offers great protection from the weather. All tents in this range tents are made from fire retardant Protex 2000. These tents are ideal, as the name suggest for family weekend camping trips when you don’t really bring too much stuff and there don’t need the same amount of space. The tents in this range are Apollo, Icarus, Solero, Tamur and Venture.
Vango Tents- Family
Vango family tents offers a great blend of living and sleeping areas all wrapped up in lively looking tent. There are 7 tents in the range, Orchy, Tigris, Colorado, Sungari, Kura and the Vango Diablo and Verona. The Family range are made from fire retardant material and have a waterproof rating of 3,000mm which is more than enough for the British weather.
Vango Tents – Premium
Vango Premium Tents are truly home from home tents. These Vango Tents offer enormous living areas ideal for long family holidays as they both have enough space for storage and living in. There are three tents in this range, Colombia (4 and 6 man tent), Amazon (6 and 8 man tents) and Nile (6 and 8 man tents). Vango’s Premium range of tents is made from fire retardant Protex 5000 which offers 5000mm of hydrostatic head, which means it is more than 2 twice as waterproof as their Weekend range and able to withstand heavy downpours.
Vango Tents – Classic Tents
The Vango Classic tent are not a hark back to the old canvas soggy tents. These Vango tents are spacious and offer a great level of comfort for the weekend fair-weather camper or European summer camping. There are three tents in this range Sumatra (6 man tent), Carrera (4,6 8 man tent) and Zanibar (6 man tent) all are made of Protex 1500 and are retardant material and have various feature which make them ideal summer camping tents.
Vango Tents – Lightweight Tents
When you’re out walking with a tent on your back only two things are important, weight and comfort. This is where Vango Tents Lightweight range excels. Not only are these tents very light but they offer a tremendous amount of comfort and shelter to boot. There are five tents in this range, Typhoon, Tornado, Equinox Hurricane and the Alto. All are made from Protex 3000mm which certainly keep you dry have a number of design features which obviously been made by ex-mountaineers who understand how awkward it can be in a tent on a mountain.
